Eligibility for Returns:
We only accept returns if there is an issue with the product, such as defects, damage, or receiving the wrong item. Customers must report any issues within 3 days of delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at contact@zenanimemarket.com if you experience any problems.
Return Shipping Cost:
If a return is approved, a return shipping fee of 19 SAR will apply. This fee covers the shipping cost and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds:
If your return is approved due to a product issue, we will notify you and process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
